Peer Review process

Peer Review process

  • The author submits the (revised) paper via EasyChair: https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=tosee2025
  • The editor(s) will conduct the initial review: to ensure that the paper meets basic quality standards, is sufficiently well written, contains no plagiarism (as verified by iThenticate), and aligns with the conference’s goals and scope.
  • Editor(s)' decision: either desk rejection or forwarding the paper to reviewers. At least two reviewers will be assigned, and a double-blind review process will be conducted.
  • The editor(s) evaluate the reviewers' reports and inform the authors of their decision, along with the reviewers' comments. The decision may be: acceptance as is, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. Where appropriate, authors will be asked to revise the paper and resubmit it, together with a completed Author's Response Form, for further review.
  • The final decision of the editor(s) may be made after one round of revisions; however, most submissions will undergo at least one round of revisions before final acceptance. A request for revision is not a guarantee of acceptance.
